A. Location Data (Driver & Customer)
- Customer: We collect your approximate location to show you nearby bakery trucks and to calculate the distance to them.
- Driver: We collect your precise background and foreground location to broadcast your truck’s position to customers in real-time. This tracking only occurs when you explicitly tap “GO ONLINE” within the App.
B. Personal Information
- Account Data: When you register, we collect your Email Address and Password to secure your account.
- Profile Data: We may collect your Name, Bakery Name, Vehicle Plate Number, and Phone Number to display to other users on the map.
C. Device & Camera Data
- Camera/Photos: If you choose to upload a profile picture or vehicle photo, we request permission to access your camera or photo gallery.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To Connect Users: To display live truck locations on the customer map.
- To Facilitate Communication: To allow customers to call drivers directly via the App.
- To Improve Service: To analyze usage trends and fix bugs.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services which may collect information used to identify you:
- Google Maps API: To provide map interfaces and geocoding.
- Google Firebase: For authentication, real-time database, and secure hosting.
- Expo: For push notifications and app infrastructure.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data only as long as your account is active.
Right to Delete:
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.
- In-App: Go to Profile > Delete Account to permanently wipe your data immediately.
- By Request: You may also contact us at the email below to request manual deletion.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and reliable.
6. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
